Tele-Dermatology

Tasmanian Skin Cancer Centres now provides online spot checks known as Tele-Dermatology. With the use of the MoleScope app, patients are able to upload pictures of lesions that may be causing concern. These images are then assessed by Dr Marek, who will ring to advise if any further action is required. This process reduces the need for face to face contact.

The use of the MoleScope app also enables ongoing monitoring of; lesions of concern, recent surgical procedures and recent lesion diagnosis.

Both existing and new patients will have access to Tele-Dermatology.

In order to start with Tele-Dermatology.

Existing patients - Once an email address has been provided a link will be sent to the provided address, follow the prompts to register for Tele-Dermatology.

The MoleScope app will provide prompts and information on how to upload images.
